[Medium Width]: For customers with wide feet, fat feet, tall feet, or those who wear thick socks, we recommend going a half size or a full size larger. To determine your proper size, follow these steps:

Step 1: Place a piece of paper on the ground against a wall. Step on the paper with your bare feet, with your heels against the wall. Draw a line at the end of your longest toe. Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Repeat this process with your other foot. This is the length of your feet.

Step 2: Add an extra 0.5 to 1.2 cm (0.2 to 0.5 inches) to the total length of your foot to allow enough room for your toes to wiggle. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. The insole is made of soft, thick latex and is removable. If the shoe feels a bit tight, removing the insole instead of using a thin insole can help create more room for your foot.
